Latvian Parliamentary Elections take place October 1 - here's what you need to know

While we cannot recommend which parties or candidates to vote for, we are here to help explain the process, and to help you inform yourselves.

Voting Stations in Canada:

Ottawa -  Latvijas Republikas vēstniecība: 350 Sparks Street, Suite 1200, Ottawa, ON K1R 7S8
Toronto -  Kanādas Latviešu Centrs Toronto: 4 Credit Union Drive, Toronto, ON M4A 2N8
Montreal - Montreālas latviešu sabiedriskais centrs: 3955 Ave Provost, Lachine, QC H8T 1M1
Vancouver - Latvijas Republikas Goda konsulāts: 830 Kenwood Rd, West Vancouver, BC V7S 1S9

Voting in person takes place on October 1 from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm local time.
To vote in person you must present a valid Latvian passport or eID card, or one that expired on or after March 1, 2020.
